High expectations set for new board members of Kopri

On the eve of the election of the Chairman of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement (PMII) and the Women PMII Corps (Kopri) in the Congress that will be held on 15-18 May 2017 in Palu, South Sulawesi, Kopri cadres set high expectations for the board in the coming period.

Organizational changes in any organization are considerably a leadership baton that must be run within the organization.

At the end of the Executive Board of Kopri  in the National Kopri Cadres (SKKN) forum, Bandung, the chairwoman of  Kopri Bandung Lamlam Masrofah expressed her hope for the new board.

"Maximizing Kopri cadres in soft skill spaces and evenly distributing Kopri structural posts in strategic spaces," Lamlam Masrofah said in Jakarta recently.

Meanwhile, the chairwoman of Kopri Yogyakarta Nurfadilah also expressed her hope.

"As part of the NU followers (Nahdliyin) we expect Kopri to be capable of making the teachings and values ​​of NU as the mainstream ideology," Nurfadilah said.

"In addition, we Kopri could further expand our network, both nationally and internationaly."

Present also on the occasion was Anggia Ermarini, the chairwoman of Fatayat NU expecting the new board to keep disseminating the teachings of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja).

"The teachings of Ahlussunah wal Jamaah's should be disseminated and become the main foundation for Nahdliyin (NU followers), especially NU women's movement in the Kopri body," Anggia Ermarini said. (Robiatul Adawiyah/Masdar)
