President says form of national statehood already final

Bogor, NU Online President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono reaffirmed here on Friday that the form of national statehood was already final and could not be changed by anyone including the state`s ideology and the constitution. Speaking before participants of the 8th national meeting of the Communications Forum of Army and Police Retirees` Sons and Daughters (FKPPI), the head of state said that the Pancasila (state ideology), the 1945 Constitution, the form of Unitary State of Indonesia and the Bhineka Tunggal Ika (unity in diversity) principles had to be safeguarded.
