Director of The Wahid Foundation, Zannuba Ariffah Chafsoh (Yenny Wahid), was of the view that the values contained in Pancasila are very effectively used as weapons to face three major issues, namely disruption, ecology (environment), and emotional, which are being faced by our people today.

"When we always remember God, when we always put humanity first. So whatever happens, the crisis we are going through, we can accept it,” Yenny Wahid said at the so-called galawicara Manakib Budaya-Serunai Kemerdekaan, Tuesday (17/8).

The acceptance that Yenny meant was to cultivate other positive energies. "Being resilient. Because when there is resilience there will be fighting power, as well as when there is fighting power, there will be a desire to survive,” she added.

Another important thing, according to her is the attitude of justice in the context of the nation and state. Efforts to eradicate corruption are the easiest implementation to realize this mission of justice.

"The practice is easy, everyone is not corrupt. That alone has a big impact on our country," the second daughter of the 4th President of the Republic of Indonesia said.

For Yenny, at least, the control must start from each individual. Because, if not these efforts will only be mere discourse. When compared to other countries, such as Germany and Japan, awareness not to commit corruption has been successfully instilled through a culture of shame.

"We see countries in the world that have practiced it, there is a culture of shame when their officials are corrupt," she explained.

She emphasized that the same thing should also be applied in Indonesia by emphasizing a sense of humanity. "In a sense we do not take the rights of others. That's all," she said.

On the occasion, Yenny also read reflections through a song titled Roso Pangroso.

Humans often feel as if they are the creator

Ruling the universe destroying nature and hurting others

Following Ankara's passion

Humanity is lost, replaced by greed

Then the Almighty gives a message through a small invisible virus

There is no power that can fight

What is there is prayer and hope that God will give salvation

This pandemic is witness

That humans are really just a creation
