Ministry of Religious Affairs rebuilds damaged mosques

Ministry of Religious Affairs plans to rebuild mosques after the a number of natural disasters in Indonesia recently. Mosque management or community can submit reconstruction proposal to the Ministry.<>
"This rehabilitation fund will be adjusted to the existing damage," Director General of Fostering Islamic Community, Abdul Djamil said recently as quoted by republika.co.id.
Government pays attention to the mosques, but delivering cash is not an option. All fundings will be put on budget report.
So far, Director of Religious Affairs, Mukhtar Ali said he had received some reports on damaged mosques in North Sulawesi, North Sumatra, West Java and Central Java.
