These are three main programs of PWNU Maluku

Chairman of NU Maluku province (PWNU) who elected for 2018-2023 periods H Karnusa Serang has three main programs. He would reestablish NU in this region, starting from managing organizational management to resolve several organizational problems. He, would also do improvement from the previous management periods of organization.

“NU must see the condition of followers. We will organize NU in Maluku toward better management than before,” said Kurnusa to NU Online, in Jakarta on Saturday (9/1).

To realize NU improvement, the man who is also a lecturer at Ushuluddin faculty of Ambon State Islamic Institute has been prepared at least three priority programs.

First, preparing a slim organizational structure. “it means, organizational structures at provincial level, institutions, and autonomous bodies, will be filled by professionals and practitioners,” he explained..

These was urgently needed in order the organization was functioning properly. “Ma’arif educational institution, as an example, filled by people who understand educational issues,” he detailed. ,” 

“Because NU is an organization which its operation depend on autonomous body or institution that go directly to the community," he talked. Such as Ma’arif Educational Institution, will be selected from professional, as well as educational doctors. While chief of supreme council and chairman of executive body would make general policy, he continued.  

Second, organize PWNU organizational administration. “Organizational administration must organized neatly,” he affirmed. These was could be realized by an existence of definitive NU office. Therefore, PWNU Maluku would communicate to local government so that they paid attention to NU condition that was founding father of this country. 

Alhamdulillah, recently, we have had an office by rent it for the first two years. Further, we would try to have our own office definitively. This is our obsession, me and chief of supreme council strive to have an office,” he said.

Third, enliven the NU office by several sunni amaliah, such as Ratib al-haddad reading and Islamic teaching, al least one in a month. “Later, management will be coming by we will invite figures so that we are truly developing NU,” he explained.
