IPB Gives Aquaculture Training To Alumni Of Islamic Boarding Schools

The Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) is giving a two-week training in aquaculture agribusiness to 40 alumni of Islamic boarding schools, from February 12 to 24, 2007.
"Forty alumni of Islamic boarding schools from all over Indonesia are participating in the aquaculture agribusiness training in IPB campus, from February 12 to 24," IPB spokesperson Henny Windarti told ANTARA here on Tuesday.
The trainees among other things come from Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD), North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau Islands, Jambi, South Sumatra, Bangka Belitung, West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Gorontalo, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, Yogyakarta, and East Java.
The training program is organized by IPB in cooperation with the Religious Affairs Ministry. (ant/mad)
