The National Awakening Party (PKB) has decided to file lawsuit against marines who shot several Grati, East Java people to death Wednesday due to land dispute.
The state news agency reported, PKB also sued Grati center for battle rehearsal of the Indonesian Navy and PT Rajawali following the deadly incident.<>
"We sue them all," PKB most important leader Abdurrahman Wahid dubbed Gus Dur said on Friday.
He alleged that the establishment of Grati center for battle rehearsal was illegal due to corruption practice in the past.
Land acquisition by the Navy from the people also had legal flaw, therefore the court should return the land to the people. (dar)
