PPP holds meeting on Bank Century bailout inquiry

The United Development Party (PPP) held on Sunday a meeting to discuss the progress of Bank Century bailout inquiry at the House of Representatives.
The party meeting was attended by PPP chairman Suryadharma Ali and the party's high ranking officials such as Lukman Saifuddin, Irgan Chairul Mahfiz, Akhmad Muqowan, M. Romahurmuziy, and Ahmad Farial.<>
PPP deputy secretary general M. Romahurmuziy said PPP questioned the need of faction initial view, which has never happened in any inquiry process.
"The inquiry data are also still incomplete," he said as quoted by Antara news agency.
The faction initial view is scheduled for Monday.
PPP instructed its members at the inquiry committee on Bank Century debacle to remain patient and collect all necessary data before presenting the faction view, Romahurmuziy said. (dar)
